Youth Magazine was the first magazine that my group and I created at university. 

After conducting primary and secondary research, we discovered there was a gap in the market. There were only the "typical teen" magazines on the shelves, talking about boy bands and make up. My group and I wanted to design a magazine for those young teenagers who weren't into those "typical teenage things". Youth Magazine emphasise that it was ok to be different and yourself. It was a magazine to help teens become ambitious and to let them know that they could be anything they wanted to be. Youth included interviews with inspiring women as well as still including teenagers interests (fashion, music etc). 

This was the first time I used InDesign and I began to understand the basics of InDesigns.
